Juman Abujbara
Deeply committed to people-powered justice, I bring a 15-year journey in social change across different parts of the world. I am a lawyer by training, an organizer at heart, and a passionate advocate for Indigenous struggles, workers’ rights, and equitable governance. A strategist who bridges vision and action, I enjoy designing metastructures and infrastructures to ensure organizations have smooth operations that drive impactful programs. I combine my legal training, my global experience in human rights and social movements, and my experience in executive-level nonprofit leadership to help mission-driven organizations build efficient operations and become more resilient, strategic, and rooted in community. I specialize in identifying gaps, diagnosing root causes, strengthening leadership, and facilitating the development of clear, practical, and values-aligned systems and strategies.
